No. 40203695533, email address: info@tavaspa.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ownership rights to Tava Spa belong to SIA Almavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa is a beauty service booking portal, where Customers (hereafter, Customers) can make appointments for the services of Specialists (hereafter, Specialists). If you are not yet 18 years old, you must also obtain the consent of your guardians before accepting these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms of use or do not have the right to act as a party to this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent, you are not entitled to use the Tava Spa portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principle of working<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Specialists advertise their services independently. Tava Spa does not act as a Specialist, but as a booking intermediary. Tava Spa collects payments only for Specialist subscriptions and ad highlights, while the payment transaction for the relevant Specialist service is carried out through the Specialist salon or company. Payment transactions between Tava Spa and Specialists are processed using the payment platform makecommerce.lv, the owner of the platform - Maksekeskus AS.<br><br>These terms of use are binding only between Customers and Tava Spa, and between Specialists and Tava Spa. Tava Spa is not bound by the Specialist\u2019s company terms. By booking services on Tava Spa, Customers agree to manage the service they have booked independently and, in addition to the terms of use of Tava Spa, Customers agree to the booking terms and conditions announced by the Specialists. In connection with the booking, the Specialist may accept the appointment manually (unless set to automatic approval) and provide additional details. Pending booking, which has not been approved will be cancelled after 3 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa is not responsible for the services provided by Specialists or related to, such as the content, quality, warranty, or other terms and conditions of the services. You must submit all complaints and inquiries regarding services (such as cancellation or rescheduling of a reserved time) booked through the Tava Spa directly to the Specialist.\nSpecialists may send you messages regarding their services or bookings. Specialists are responsible for compliance with personal data legislation as a controller for their own operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tava Spa prices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa does not charge Customers for making appointments. The free trial is provided for 1 listing for 10 days to try the Tava Spa service as a Specialist. After that, a membership is required to publish up to 20 listings for 30 days. If a Specialist wishes to continue the membership, it should be renewed. The listings become hidden from Customers after the membership ends and will be deleted 5 days after the end of the membership if not renewed. The price of the membership is 8 euros for 30 days.<br><br>Specialists may also buy the feature option for their listing. The feature option is provided for 10 days and costs 4 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rights to use<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of Tava Spa \u2013 allow Customers to find Specialists and make appointment bookings online, as well as allow Specialists to promote their services. Both parties require registration.<br><br>Customers and Specialists agree to use Tava Spa only for the purpose for which the Tava Spa is intended. Using the service for illegal, inappropriate is strictly prohibited, which is why Tava Spa reserves the right to intervene in any violations of law it detects. Tava Spa has the right to delete the information, block the right of use, or suspend access to the service if a violation of the terms of use, illegal activity, inappropriate activity is suspected, or when there is an obligation to do so based on law or an official order. In addition, Customers and Specialists should only provide correct and accurate information in the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa is not responsible for the services of Specialists offered in their name and on their behalf. In addition, Tava Spa is not responsible for damage or harm you may suffer directly or indirectly from the use of Specialists\u2019 services. You are personally responsible for any harm or damage that may arise from using the service. You are fully liable to Tava Spa, Specialists, and other relevant third parties for any damage or inconvenience caused by you.<br><br>Tava Spa is being updated, developed, and aims to provide the service with good information security. However, due to the nature of online services, we point out that Tava Spa provides the service as it is, and Tava Spa cannot guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or error or that all information or other material available from the Tava Spa service will be free of malware or other harmful items. Force majeure events may make it difficult or impossible for Tava Spa to react or take action to address disruptions, inconveniences, or damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa service sites may contain hyperlinks to sites operated by others (e.g., Specialists) than Tava Spa. Tava Spa does not control such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, their use, or the applicable terms of use of such websites. The links provided to these websites do not mean that Tava Spa approves of the material provided by these websites.<br><br>Tava Spa asks that you contact us immediately if you notice or suspect any harmful elements in the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the Tava Spa portal, you also agree to the data privacy practices of Tava Spa. Privacy Policy is provided in more detail separately and is accepted upon registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following practices are to be considered in addition to the privacy policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers and Specialists provide personal data based on their consent when registering. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers and Specialists provide personal data based on their consent when registering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tava Spa has the right to use information arising from the use of the Tava Spa service to enable the operation of the service, correct possible errors, develop and modify the portal, and to fulfill the rights and obligations under the terms of use (for example, contacting users during possible disruption). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tava Spa also has the right to use information arising from the use of the portal for the development without revealing identity, such as the number of reservations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The commitments regarding personal data continue as required by law, even after the use of Tava Spa or after the termination of the service provided by the Specialist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Validity of terms of use<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers and Specialists can stop using Tava Spa at any time by deleting their profile in the \u201cMy Profile\u201d page. Please note that by deleting your user profile from Tava Spa, your data will not be deleted from the databases of the Specialists whose services you have booked. Therefore, we ask you to contact the Specialists directly to delete your data.<br><br>Terms of use may be changed at any time. You agree to the new terms of use if you continue to use the Tava Spa after the change. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using Tava Spa and delete your user data as described above. These terms of service are in force as of 25.11.2025.<br><br>However, upon termination of the use or right to use Tava Spa, those terms of use mentioned, due to their nature, that require them to remain in force (i.e., in particular regarding liabilities and dispute resolution) will remain in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfer of rights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa and the rights and obligations under it may be transferred to any third party without your consent. This also includes the right of personal data transfer to a third party when the Tava Spa service is transferred to a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dispute resolution and applicable law<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The parties shall resolve all disputes through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the parties shall resolve the dispute in a court of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or a court of the Republic of Latvia for resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following rules determine how the Tava Spa portal (hereafter, Tava Spa) processes personal data and what rights users have using tavaspa.com. The following rules are applicable if the user uses, has used, or has expressed a willingness to use the services provided by Tava Spa. Tava Spa\u2019s privacy policy rules are applicable to the service, that is offered by Tava Spa. However, these privacy policy rules are not applicable to the service providers (registered companies or individuals), products, or websites that may be included or advertised on Tava Spa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This data privacy policy explains the following aspects, among other topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who processes the data, and what data is collected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purposes of data collection and processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data processing and storage approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User rights regarding the data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data registrar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Data processing is done by SIA Almavia, reg.No. 40203695533.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data collection<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing personal data is a prerequisite for creating a profile and receiving the service from Tava Spa. The following data is processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While making a registration for booking purposes as a customer via email, the following information is collected: name, email address, and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While making a registration as a specialist via email, the following information is collected: email address, password, name, and\/or company name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the registration as a specialist, you have the right to add the following information to provide better services to customers: image (registered specialist photo or company\u2019s logo), profile information, service category, communication languages, years of experience, and booking settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tava Spa collects information on listings advertised: listing name, images, specialist, service category, indicated price, and indicated service location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical information: access-related information (e.g., IP address, device location, connection time).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The payment-related information: Tava Spa payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore, our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purposes of collecting information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tava Spa uses the information collected to provide, maintain, protect, and improve existing services, to develop new services, to protect users of Tava Spa, to ensure the Tava Spa\u2019s functioning and the timely prevention of threats to information technology security, as well as to overcome threats and eliminate their consequences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The collected information is used to help you communicate with other users, as well as to ensure faster and easier use of Tava Spa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not use analytics data to identify users, but we are aware that, as part of other data, it may be possible to link it to an individual person. We process it in the same way as personal data. We also reserve the right to use cookies on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessibility of user information to others<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tava Spa may disclose the personal data to authorities in accordance with the law upon request or to report illegal activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tava Spa offers the possibility to search for specialists. Customers and other specialists can view the content posted in specialists\u2019 profiles, mark advertised listings as favorites, leave a review, and book an appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content published in the Specialist\u2019s profile and listings can be viewed on both computers and smart devices, so it may be possible to save such content on these devices using the options offered by the Tava Spa, browser, or device. Customers and Specialists should only post content that others can see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal information is only accessible to Tava Spa employees and contractors, who need to know this information to process it on behalf of Tava Spa and who are subject to confidentiality requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data processing approaches<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tava Spa may process non-personalized information, such as the number of users and specialists, total number of reservations made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We understand that it is important to keep personal data safe, and we aim to process it in accordance with confidentiality requirements and take care to ensure the security of your personal data in our possession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data may be transferred to contractors with whom we cooperate to ensure and improve the functioning of Tava Spa, such as ensuring data storage, Tava Spa portal security, risk detection and prevention, and legal services. Such contractors will only be provided with the minimum amount of data necessary to provide services and considering appropriate confidentiality obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not disclose user information and personal data to advertisers, but advertisers may use posted services information on the Tava Spa to define their advertising audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Portal protection<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa has organized the information security in a generally acceptable manner and strives to use appropriate technical solutions to prevent unauthorized access to its information systems maintained using information technology, as well as to its manually maintained and stored materials. When you contact Tava Spa, your communication is stored. We may use your email address to inform you about our services or changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data storage duration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava Spa aims to provide services in such a way as to protect information from accidental or malicious destruction. Therefore, after the information has been deleted from Tava Spa, it may take some time before copies of deleted data are removed from the database. Your data will be stored for as long as you use the service of Tava Spa and\/or you are registered on Tava Spa, unless you have been deleted or have deleted yourself. Tava Spa undertakes to delete the personal data obtained from you at your request. The user has the right to delete their personal data themselves by sending a request to the Tava Spa email: info@tavaspa.com. Access to the profile will be blocked, and information about the user will be deleted from the database following GDPR rules. After closing the profile, personal data may be processed if required by authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personal data management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to manage, correct, and delete your information in the \u201cMy Profile\u201d section of Tava Spa. Tava Spa can send emails regarding important updates, bookings, subscription payments, and profile set-up related emails. Users have the right to suspend their profile at any time and close it by sending a request to the following email: info@tavaspa.com. After closing the profile, the profile information is no longer publicly available, but remains registered in the database for a year if not requested by the user to delete data from the database.
